The pool bar staff were friendly. That's about it.

The breakfast was lamentable for a supposed hilton. I even saw them using questionable ham in the omelettes. The buffets were just ridiculous.

the staff showed kindness and hospitability. they were very good about responding to any questions or concerns. my husband and i stayed in the isla suite and it was hands down the nicest hotel room i've ever slept in.

the room service option was limited. there were not many options for room service, mainly for kids.
