lamentable breakfast ridiculous buffet

The pool bar staff were friendly. That's about it.

The breakfast was lamentable for a supposed hilton. I even saw them using questionable ham in the omelettes. The buffets were just ridiculous.

lovely stay near chania airport

good hospitability nice hotel room amazing suite

the staff showed kindness and hospitability. they were very good about responding to any questions or concerns. my husband and i stayed in the isla suite and it was hands down the nicest hotel room i've ever slept in.

the room service option was limited. there were not many options for room service, mainly for kids.

our room included a comfortable king size bed. it also features modern decor with tasteful accents. daily housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness .

the breakfast included a beautiful spread with many choices. shakshuka and omelettes were some options available. poolside snacks were great for lunch during the day.
